Paddy Delaney was the doorman at the Cavern Club in the early 1960’s, during the time The Beatles played their regularly.
The above picture shows how the Cavern Club has paid tribute to him by including his image in the feature covering the entrance to the original Cavern Club, which is further down, on the same side of Mathew Street as today’s Cavern Club.
